These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between Waste Away Ltd and its customers. There will be no variations to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by Waste Away Ltd.
Our legal business name is Waste Away Ltd., and we also trade under this name. "Waste Away Ltd." will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. Waste Away Ltd takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Prices shown on the Waste Away Ltd website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation.
Payment will be accepted by Eftpos, cheque or direct payment. All residential bins must be paid for before delivery or at time of delivery. Additional Payments for Commercial bin hire
Waste Away Ltd will make ever endeavour to deliver your bin on the day that delivery has been booked, but Waste Away Ltd will not be liable for any failure or delays in delivery. Late delivery will not entitle the cancelation of any order or entitle any refunds or discounts. Waste Away Ltd is not open on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Waste Away Ltd will provide a full refund on any bin not provided by Waste Away Ltd. If you wish to cancel your order and obtain a refund you must give Waste Away Ltd 4 working days’ notice prior to the delivery date. No refunds will be given for any bin delivered to the scheduled delivery address and turned away.
Through conducting its normal business, Waste Away Ltd may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.
Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
